Bikemind uses a clear Training Zones model to structure your sessions, based on your own breath (Rate of Perceived Exertion). Each workout targets one of three zones - Easy, Moderate, or Hard - so you'll always know how intensely you should be riding.
A simple benchmark test allows Bikemind to adapt to your current fitness. You'll complete a short workout cycling through Easy, Moderate, and Hard zones to determine your target speed. You can also adjust these settings manually if you prefer.
Track your pace as a percentage of your target speed. Bikemind automatically adjusts your target speed based on the steepness of the terrain, guiding you to aim for 80 - 100% of that target range for an effective workout.
