Bikemind is your cycling fitness app. It utilizes a straightforward Training Zones model to structure your cycling sessions. A Training Zone represents a specific intensity range targeted during your training. The app categorizes these into three Training Zones:
Zone 1 (green) - this is the zone where you can comfortably converse, breathe easily, and speak in sentences.
Zone 2 (yellow) - in this zone, you should be able to pronounce a few words.
Zone 3 (red) - this zone leaves you virtually speechless due to its high intensity.
For each of these zones, the app establishes a particular target pace.
Adaptive Pace Control
Bikemind dynamically adjusts your target speed based on the steepness of the terrain, ensuring a seamless and challenging ride tailored to your surroundings.
You can also customize target speed settings within Bikemind's preferences. Set your own pace, empowering you to ride at a speed that matches your comfort and fitness level.
Try to maintain a target pace ranging from 80% to 100% of your current Training Zone throughout your session.
